At RAVAAH, we are committed to providing a reliable and transparent shopping experience. Our Refund & Return Policy is designed to ensure fairness, product safety, and complete clarity for our customers.

1. When Returns or Replacements Are Accepted

A return or replacement will be approved only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video.
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

2. Size Exchange Policy (Customer Size Change)

If the customer wishes to change the size due to ordering the wrong size:

  • Size exchange is allowed, but an extra charge will apply.
  • The charge covers logistics + handling costs.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • The non-breakable security seal must be fully intact.
  • If the wrong size was delivered due to RAVAAH’s error, the exchange will be provided free of cost.

3. Non-Breakable Seal Policy (Unique Code Security)

Every RAVAAH product comes with a non-breakable security seal featuring a unique verification code.

This seal ensures the product has not been used or tampered with.

Strict Condition:

  • If the seal is:
  • Broken
  • Damaged
  • Removed
  • Mismatched with the unique code
  • Then no return, refund, or replacement will be accepted under any circumstances.

This policy protects against misuse and fraudulent claims

4. Eligibility Requirements

A return or replacement is only valid if:

  • The product and packaging are in original condition
  • All accessories and tags are included
  • The security seal is unbroken
  • The complaint is raised within 48 hours

Requests raised after 48 hours may be reviewed but are not guaranteed to be accepted.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued only when a replacement is not available.
  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products with a broken or removed seal
  • Products that show signs of use
  • Clearance or heavy-discount items
  • Customer-damaged products

7. Company Rights

RAVAAH reserves the right to deny any return or refund request if:

  • No unboxing video is provided
  • The product has been used
  • The seal is tampered or broken
  • The claim appears false or fraudulent

Every claim is verified in a fair and professional manner.
